The GP Series multiple passage rotary unions are available in 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 passage models. These general-purpose rotary unions feature specialized DSTI sealing technology suitable for vacuum and bidirectional pressures up to 7,500 PSI [515 BAR], and a shaft configuration that consists of individual female tapped connections with an O-ring gland for optional face/flush mounting.

GP Series rotary unions come standard with a carbon steel / black oxide construction suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic service. Stainless steel GP models are available to prevent corrosion for use with applications requiring water or corrosive media transfer.

10 and 12 passage GP Series models come standard with threaded connections on the sides of the shaft and housing. Models are also available with optional shaft O-ring glands for face/flush mounting (which must be specified when ordering).

Need to combine fluid with electrical power, signal and/or data transfer? No problem. The GP Series rotary unions are designed to integrate directly with our standard electrical slip rings. See options.

*Stainless steel (housing/shaft) material option is recommended for all liquid media applications. All values listed under Technical Specifications are dependent on a combination of all application parameters. Please note operational life is dependent upon both rotational speed and duty cycle. Contact DSTI if your application requires operating close to the maximum rotational speed with a continuous duty cycle. Applications with temperatures above 220° F (105° C) require alternative seal materials. Please consult with DSTI regarding your specific application requirements.
