MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - September 20, 2010 - DSTI introduced its latest fluid rotary union designed for a plastic injection molding application.
The 14 passage specialized rotary union is optimized for water and high pressure hydraulic oil service. This unit features a stainless and carbon steel design, load bearing capability and an electrical slip ring for data transfer. A specialized shaft coating process was used by DSTI to enhance seal performance and increase service life.
Combining experience and the latest in quality control and manufacturing innovation, DSTI provides specialized rotary union products to OEM's and system integrators. Designs can include heavy duty bearings, stainless steel construction, and cross talk protection. DSTI can design rotary unions for applications including:
